WorkCast began as in 2008 as a solution to a problem: how do we transition large-scale physical events to online events seamlessly, without compromising on customer experience or interaction?
So, WorkCast's virtual events platform was created and since then, we have run over 8,000 events for more than 1 million attendees across 20 countries. WorkCast has worked with some of the world's largest and fastest growing companies - such as Sony, CBI, NHS, Bombora and more - to deliver Enterprise-level virtual conferences for up to 50,000 attendees.
Our robust virtual event software is cloud-based, secure and scalable, so you can safely and effectively take your conference online. Our platform requires no plugins or downloads, so you can stream your online event to the world without any barriers.
Our expert events team will be there with you to support you every step of the way, so you can ensure your online conference is a success.
Virtual Conferences are revolutionizing the way companies interact with audiences by taking traditional conferences and hosting them online.
Similar to conventional conferences, virtual conferences are highly engaging and include a series of large sessions run by thought leaders in the industry who present to and interact with attendees.
If your company already runs a physical conference, then hosting a virtual conference is the next natural progression to extend your reach even further. But, if you don’t currently offer any kind of conference, then opting for an online conference, rather than its more traditional counterpart, may be a more effective way of attracting new customers, increasing brand awareness and generating revenue.
Virtual conferences have been growing in popularity in recent years, as businesses are transitioning their traditional conferences online to extend their global reach, reduce costs and safely engage audiences into the thousands. So, how do you host a virtual conference?
Much like any event, hosting an online conference involves a lot of planning and preparation. So, when it comes to running a virtual conference, you can ensure it’s a success by following these simple steps:
Virtual events are becoming increasingly popular, as businesses are transitioning their traditional in-person events online, which is why it’s essential to understand the different types of virtual events.
Each virtual event type includes its own own unique features and provides various business benefits, but these are the main types of online events:
Yes, you can purchase an annual license for WorkCast. Whether you’re opting for our Presenter+, Producer+, or our Enterprise online events package, each of these plans is offered as an annual license, which customers can pay per month. For more information about what features and capabilities are available within each of our packages, you can visit WorkCast’s full list of prices and packages.
During our virtual events and trade shows you can set up virtual booths for your sponsors. Online event sponsorship is an effective way in which to generate revenue from your virtual events and the audience can access these sponsor booths from the Exhibition Hall. These sponsored booths allow users to access a mixture of content, including promotional videos, graphics, links and more. Sponsors can also interact with audience members via a live chat or Q&A function within their virtual booth.
