Stewart has been at the forefront of online event solutions for over 10 years. As one of the founders of WorkCast, he has seen much progress in the evolution of events but believes they are generally still in their infancy.
With experience as a Director in the tech industry, which included a relocation to California, his mix of European and US experience provides an insightful view into webinar adoption and it’s move into marketing automation.
In his spare time, Stewart embraces his Scottish heritage with hillwalking, mountain biking, kayaking and struggling through the occasional triathlon.
Chris has been slinging SaaS products for the past 13 years and is one of WorkCast's original 10. Chris started out on the sales team at UK HQ, then setup WorkCast's London office followed by a jump across the pond to establish WorkCast in Seattle, WA.
He has overseen the successful implementation of countless webinar and online event strategies for some of the largest companies in the US.
With his wealth of global experience Chris enjoys taking WorkCast to new heights, disrupting the competitive North American market.
When he's not immersed in the exciting Seattle tech scene he's usually found in the amazing outdoors of the Pacific Northwest, probably up a mountain somewhere with no cell coverage!
Rachel is Head of New Business EMEA, and welcomes on-board all new clients to WorkCast. From understanding a prospect’s key requirements, objectives and “aim of the game”, she and her team are there to advise and consult on how the platform will deliver the all important results.
Away from the hub-bub of meetings and calls, Rachel has an ever-growing lust for travel and food, partly thanks to a year spent living in Austin, Texas. You’ll find her either travelling or at a festival, undoubtedly with a glass of wine in hand!
Michelle is Head of Customer Success EMEA, and helps clients meet and exceed their online event goals. From on-boarding, to on-going support, Michelle is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of service.
When she’s not looking after WorkCast’s customers, she’s one of our resident language experts. Michelle graduated with a Masters in Translation Studies from Durham University in addition to a BA in French and Italian at the University of Leeds. Outside of work, she loves running, and takes part in trail ultra marathons for fun.
Lee originally started with WorkCast as a multi-media designer in January 2010 and has since overseen a range of different divisions within the company. Lee in his current product role is critical in overseeing the development of the WorkCast Platform ensuring WorkCast remains the number one webinar platform in the market.
Outside of work Lee has a passion for the outdoors which includes kayaking, running and long dog walks. Mixed with a love of travel, fresh crab, cheesecake and wine, and you can’t go wrong!
Stephen joined WorkCast in 2008 and was with us from the very start. He currently oversees the design and development of strategic products and manages our global infrastructure and engineering teams.
With over 25 years of hands-on experience in building software applications for the internet domain registry, communication, transportation and media industries, he brings valuable technical and management experience to WorkCast’s flagship products.
Prior to WorkCast he worked at Verisign, Convergys and Mandata.
Claire entered into the world of WorkCast in the Spring of 2010, having 12 years in sales experience. Claire started her career with WorkCast as a New Business Executive and has progressed to her current role of Customer Operations Manager. She is there to ensure that our customers get the best out of the WorkCast platform and in return make their online events superior.
Claire is a happily married mother to 2 young adorable (and boisterous) children. When she is not being taxi to children’s parties, she enjoys reading, socializing with her friends and a sneaky glass of vino. She has also recently taken up Crossfit as a way to try and keep up with her children!
Mark heads up the Research and Innovation department, devoted to improving the WorkCast platform with new functionality. As one of the first members of WorkCast, helping to grow platform technologies and innovate WorkCasts product deliverables.
With vast experience in software architecture, financial, internet domain registry and media industries, he helps to visualise and drive webinar automation and success.
Prior to WorkCast Mark worked at Iris, Verisign, Mckeown Software and Softbank.
As Management Accountant and Head of Finance, Sarah has been keeping the office in order since December 2016. Not only does Sarah manage WorkCast’s HR and Payroll needs, she is also the office manager.
Having spent time working in New York, Sarah gained valuable experience but most of all claims her time in America taught her to like ‘cwwaaffee’. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys city breaks with her family and socialising with friends.
Bill has been supporting our clients in the US since 2015, running the day-to-day endeavors to ensure fantastic webinars every time. Bill studied Communications and has traveled extensively between Canada and the US. Originally from the East Coast, Bill still hasn’t got used to wearing a tie to work every day.
In a previous life, Bill was a child fashion model, specifically in the turtleneck sweater department. However, model life didn’t work out for Bill when he did not befriend young Amy Schumer, who found her fame the next year. Nowadays Bill spends his time supporting Detroit Lions and the Seattle Seahawks, having recently retired from slaying dragons and demons in the world of azeroth, he is focused on being a new dad.
Rob is Head of Webcasts and Custom Events, ensuring clients deliver their video events successfully through the platform by finding the best solution each time.
Rob joined WorkCast in 2014 after working in International Broadcast Television operations, following a BA Hons degree in Media Production. Rob starts every project with the same mandate: achieve customer success. So whatever your event is, chances are Rob can ensure it streams into the WorkCast Platform with success.
