Have a WorkCast event expert review your event 24-hours prior to going live to ensure everything is set up and working as expected. During your event, you will have our event support team monitoring your event, proactively addressing any issues, and supporting your team with all technical and data-related queries.
Managed Event Service:
You create the content, we'll handle the rest. Our event support team will handle all aspects of your event execution, including set up, creation of your registration workflow, assisting presenters, monitoring rehearsals, and managing your live event.

The team at WorkCast won't take on any events that we don't believe we can execute successfully with limited lead time, or that will compromise our ability to maintain our high standard of customer service for all of our clients.
When we are able to help with last-minute events and urgent projects, additional fees may apply and will be discussed with you openly and transparently.
