Most webinar transcripts are ready in just a few minutes, depending on the video length. We know you’re busy, so we aim to be as quick as possible.

What webinar recording formats do you accept?

We accept the following file types for transcription: AMR, FLAC, M4A, MP3, MP4, Ogg, WebM, and WAV.

Please ensure your recording is no longer than 4 hours in length for optimal processing.

Is the webinar transcription service really free?

Absolutely! There are no hidden fees or catches—just high-quality transcripts to help you get the most out of your video content.

Does WorkCast store my webinar recording?
Yes, your webinar recordings are stored securely for three months. After this period, they are automatically deleted, so you have plenty of time to access them if needed.
How many times can I use the webinar transcription service?

You can use our webinar transcription service up to three times a week. The count resets every Sunday at midnight, giving you a fresh set of transcriptions for the new week!
