We're super excited to announce that WorkCast now integrates with Eventbrite. Eventbrite is an online platform that allows you to create an event page, register attendees, track attendance, and sell tickets online.

We know this is an integration that many WorkCast users have been asking for, so we can't wait for this latest addition to our integration mix to make running your next online event even smoother.

How does the Eventbrite integration work?

The WorkCast/Eventbrite integration works by sending successful ticket purchases from your Eventbrite event straight to your event in the WorkCast platform. This means you can use Eventbrite as your event ticketing platform, and still take advantage of all the features WorkCast has to offer. What's not to love?

The integration is designed to be seamless, so you should never have to worry about manually entering ticket sales/registrations or tracking them in two different places. This means once you've set it up, the process of selling tickets through Eventbrite will be just like the registration process through WorkCast - and that's exactly how we like it!

What WorkCast users can expect from the Eventbrite integration.

Connecting WorkCast and Eventbrite improves your online events in four 'big picture' ways:

Market and share your WorkCast registration pages on Eventbrite.

You can use Eventbrite to promote your WorkCast registration pages and build awareness for your event. By integrating the two platforms, WorkCast users can take advantage of Eventbrite's powerful marketing tools to attract more attendees and increase event registrations. If you're already using WorkCast to manage registration, there's no need to worry about manually entering data or tracking in two places - the integration handles all of this automatically!

Add paid options for viewing your WorkCast webinar within Eventbrite.

If your webinar is open to the public, you can now add a paid option for viewing your webinar when they register through Eventbrite. This offers a simple way of gating your content and generating revenue.

Use multiple online event types for your Eventbrite event.

You can run a variety of online events with WorkCast, including live events (with webcam and pre-recorded media), simulive, and on-demand content. Using different types of online events can make them more engaging as you can mix up the types of content you offer and how they're presented. For example, a live event can be used to host a panel discussion or Q&A with multiple speakers, while an on-demand webinar may have one speaker presenting a recorded video.

View your Eventbrite and WorkCast registration and attendance data all within WorkCast reporting.

The integration with Eventbrite allows you to see your event registrations and attendee information in one place, the WorkCast reporting dashboard. This will allow you to see how many people signed up for your event, how many registered via your WorkCast registration pages or via Eventbrite, and how many attended the live event.
